Resignation/Cancellation policy

You can withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be in writing.

If the guest cancels from the day of booking up to 14 days before the start of the rental period (check-in at 3 pm on the day of arrival), they will receive 100% of the total price back.

In case of cancellation 14 to 3 days before the start of the rental period (check-in at 3 pm on the day of arrival), the guest will receive 50% of the total price back.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before check-in (3 pm), you will be charged the full price of the trip.

The date your cancellation notice is received is decisive. Any payments already made will be credited. You may nominate a replacement who will assume your contract under the stated conditions, subject to prior agreement.
