Dülkener Hof — apartment rental
Landlord: Wiebke Hocke, Stresemannstr. 23, 40210 Düsseldorf, Germany

1. Arrival / Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 3 pm to midnight. Check-out: by 11 am at the latest.

Overstaying check-out by more than 30 minutes counts as one additional night.

Other times by arrangement. If the guest does not arrive by midnight and provides no notice, the contract is deemed cancelled after 48 hours.

2. Special Requests

Special requests are possible but require written confirmation from the landlord.

3. Payment

The rental agreement becomes valid upon receipt of payment. Non-payment is treated as cancellation. Water and waste costs are included at no extra charge; energy consumption is only charged separately in cases of clearly unusual consumption.

4. Cancellation

A substitute guest may step in by arrangement.

5. Guest Obligations

The rental property must be treated with care. Damage must be reported immediately. Complaints can only be made on-site and without delay. On the day of departure: remove personal items, place waste in the bin, store cleaned dishes in the cupboards.

6. House Rules

Violations of the house rules (noise, unauthorised visitors, smoking) entitle the landlord to terminate without notice and without refund.

7. No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. A cleaning fee of €250 applies in case of violation.

8. Pets

Pets are not permitted in our apartments.

9. Electric Vehicles

Charging electric vehicles via the household socket in the apartment is prohibited for fire safety reasons. A public charging station is available approx. 120 m away.

10. Liability

The landlord assumes no liability in cases of force majeure, power or water outages, severe weather, official orders, pandemic, nearby construction sites, theft, water damage or fire. In cases of wilful destruction, the guest is fully liable.

11. Final Provisions

Photos and texts are realistic — however, 100 % accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Equipment changes (equivalent) reserved. German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the landlord's place of residence.
