House Rules

Welcome to the Dülkener Hof.

You're staying in one of our serviced apartments — your own kitchenette, your own bathroom, everything you need for an easy stay. To keep things pleasant for other guests as well, a few notes:

1. Quiet hours

• Night-time quiet from 10 pm to 7 am.
• Close doors gently, no loud phone calls in the hallway.
• TV, music and calls anytime — at room volume.

2. In the apartment

• Smoking is prohibited in all apartments and in the stairwell — including e-cigarettes. Non-compliance: €250 cleaning fee.
• Pets are not permitted.
• The number of guests must match your booking. Overnight stays of additional guests only by arrangement.
• Please leave the apartment the way you found it.

3. Kitchen & Bathroom

• Sinks, basins and toilets are not for food waste, grease or hygiene products.
• Switch off and wipe the stovetop after use.
• Close windows when leaving the apartment for longer periods.

4. Laundry in the basement

• Coin-operated washer and dryer: €3 to wash, €2.50 to dry.
• Clean the filter after use.
• Operating instructions in German and English are on the wall.

5. Waste

• Sort waste into residual, paper and packaging — bins are behind the building.
• Don't store food waste in the apartment; bring it out to the bins on your departure day.

6. Door code & Security

• Your code opens the front door and your apartment door. Please don't share it.
• Don't cover or remove the smoke detector.
• In case of fire: dial 112, leave the building via the stairwell.

7. Parking

• Public car park directly opposite (coins/app).
• Two spaces in the back yard at €10/day on request.

8. Damage & Questions

• If something breaks — just let us know. It happens.
